PRIVATE YOGA SESSION

A private session will include one-on-one instruction of asana, pranayama, meditation, as well as hands-on deepening assists so your body can diligently learn its own depths. With some discussion, we will cater the practice to your individual needs and intentions in hopes that you will feel more inspired to continue a regular and dedicated yoga practice.

Yoga for Golfers: The yoga classes for golfers offer the tools to begin the discipline of Yoga and combine its benefits inside and outside the golf course. Classes tailor yoga to the needs of golfers, and classes focuses on: breathing (pranayama) to increase concentration and focus, to combine movement and swing with the rhythm of breathing, asanas (poses) to prevent injuries, improve posture and develop flexibility, mobility, balance and strength in muscle groups involved in the mechanics of the golf.

Chair Yoga for those with physical limitations or restrictions. Learn how yoga can be adaptive to meet you exactly where you are presently at.

Yoga For Yoga Teachers with mentoring sessions on a variety of continuing education principles such as applied anatomy and physiology, sequencing, the art of adjustments and more.
